So I have a 96 Honda Accord EX I'm replacing the factory speakers and running 14 gauge wire for them I got all of them ran except for the front passenger and now the passenger front and back and the driver back power window no longer work the driver window works and the sunroof works any clue as to why

 

All I can think of it you disturbed some wiring when you fed the speaker wires through. It might be a pretty tedious job of checking the continuity of the wiring for those windows.
