My 2008 Accord Sedan has failed the state emissions test twice - the OBD returns NO monitor values (not "OK", not "n/a", not "inc")... but the OBD plug has power and sends "OK" for all appropriate monitor tests to two separate hand-held OBD II scanners. The emissions tech had never seen this situation. Anybody have any insights into why the two scanners could read the codes and the state test system could not? Thanks
