Accord Newbie

Hello and Merry Christmas. Soon I will bebuying a 1993 Honda Accord EX 2Dr Coupe with 138,000 miles. It has been very wellcared for as I will do for the next 6 to 7 years. Any suggestions of what to look for will be appreciated. I am not interested in body modifcations though I am interested in better performance and fuel mileage. Thanks. Tim.
