Another New Accord Owner!!
Hello Everyone! I just bought my first brand new car last week, got the 2007 Accord VP sedan, 5 speed, in the alabaster silver color with grey interior. Although it is a lower trim model it has everything I want in a car and is an incredible value, imo. So, first things I would like to do is strip my 2-10" subs and amp out of my old car and install them, purchase and install new rear speakers, maybe get a component speaker package up front. Secondly, I would like to install either the rear wing spoiler or the deck lid spoiler. If I install it myself, is there any effect on my warranty? I'm not quite sure what I can and can't do without affecting the warranty yet. Lastly, I would like to add some of the honda oem accessories and alloy wheels. 15" is fine with me but bigger is always better. I am a fan of the honda and acura factory alloys, so if anyone knows good websites to visit I'd appreciate a link. What size can the vp accept without mods....16 or 17? Anyway, I guess the 'theme' I'm going for is pretty stock, but with a sportier feel. If anyone has suggestions or tips, I'd love to hear them, and hopefully I'll learn more about the people on this forum and their accords.

Congratulations and Celebrations, Mike. My Accord (2007 Executive manuel)has now just over 2K on the odo and there really is no teething problem! Drove through the Namibian desert (on highway!!) recently and what a nice car - fast, super handling and slick gearshift. I trust you will enjoy your Honda as much as I do mine.
