Default Another newbie

Hi folks--Phil from Ypsilanti Michigan here. I work at Ford's River Rouge plant where we build the mighty F150. You can imagine that my Honda fetish doesn't go over well with some of my co-workers. Just picked up a 2002 Accord Coupe from rust-free Virginia for the significant other, but I'll be driving it some of the time and maintaining it all of the time. I've had a bunch of fairly interesting cars over the years but I spend most of my time these days in the my truck or on one of my five Honda bikes.

Anyway, I'm here to see what the current wisdom is on these cars, if there are any trouble areas, good parts sources, etc. Unless my sweetie wants them, I don't see many mods in the cards other than mild suspension upgrades--ever since I got my first ride on a fast bike it doesn't make much sense to me to try to go fast in a car.

Looking forward to the wisdom of the forum.
