I believe the transmission you're looking for is from an Acura CL, and yes, it will fit..., BUT (and folks, that's a very heavy BUT)...
The thing is, just because the transmission will fit, that in no way means refitting the clutch and shift assemblies, the ECUs, and the interior trim is going to be anything other than very difficult, time consuming, and expensive.
