Default Chicago ECU tuning

Hey guys, I'm new to the forum and have a Accord 2000 V6 4DR with 88k miles. I'm hearing that the first thing you should upgrade on your car is the ECU but I'm having alot of trouble finding a place in Chicago that does tuning. Can you guys recommend somewhere in Chicago that does tuning? I would appreciate the help.

Really before you do the ECU, you probably want to get an intake, header and exhaust. Those are the most basic mods. As for a place to do it, I know there are companies that you can send your ECU in to, and they will modify it. Try a google search for somewhere local to you, see if it brings you anything.

The Headers I was looking at were stainless steel instead of ceramic but hell I have no idea what i'm doing. Any advice on a site with decent prices on headers or parts in general?

Sweet! Just checked out Ebay and I found one for about $250. Just found the exhaust system at only $365 so hopefully I can have everything installed around here for about $800 with parts. Still gonna be a few months before I save up the cash but thanks for the help guys.

Hey no problem. You can probably do headers and exhaust by yourself, if you have a place to do it.
