Default Close to becoming a Honda owner first time ever. Lease question

So, I am so impressed with the 2011 Honda Accord, I am ready to pull the trigger on a lease for a EX-L V6. But I thought what better way than ask the enthusiasts on the Honda FOrum about the deal. So here is what I am getting

MSRP : $30,180.00
My Price : $ 26,560.00
Down: $0.00
cap cost:$ 26,560.00 plus $ 595.00 acquisition fee
monthly payment $333.30 with tax
money factor .00113
residual $ 17,012.80
Out of pocket $ 190.00 doc fee pluslicense plates

Please chime in. Can I do better?. Does anybody know if there are any holdbacks and if so how much?

Thanks!

I dont know where you live, and being thay every city/state has different prices I cant be accurate but i could tell you my opinion. I just signed a lease for a 2011 accordSE (in brooklyn, NY) and I am paying $289 after tax with everything rolled in. In other words, I didnt pay any money down or out of pocket! Some people might say I got ripped off but being that I have no credit, I consider myself lucky and have learned to be hapy with my price. That being said, I think the exl-v6 for $333 a month is a great deal especially if it includes gps nav, backup camera, and all the other extras...
btw, how many months is this lease??
