Pleased to report...took delivery of brand new Accord Executive today from Pupkewitz Honda, Windhoek, Namibia. Agency has toimprove on creating better first impressions, however,e.g. vehicle delivered without thorough pre-delivery service (tyres still at pressure used for transport by truck, petrol tank half empty,clock not set, etc)..Not a good impression of dealership. Maybe the Group it belongs to not willing to invest in setting up an atmosphere of trust, not at least it seemsuntil the shop has shown sufficient profit to invest in proper marketing and branding: If you want to compete with Germans or draw Germanic interest..at least do not underestimate intelligence or leave an impression of disrespect at first-time clients...hoping it does improve..car otherwise a symbol of quality and genuineness...
