Default Front Window Fogs Up

Hello everyone. I am the sole owner of a 2011 Honda Accord with low mileage. I have been very satisfied with it except that for several years, visibility through the front window during moderate to heavy rain is not what it should be. I have changed the wipers and had them adjusted several times, and my mechanic has checked everything and can't pin down the cause of our problem (which is not with my eyesight). Any suggestions about what to do?

You're talking about changing the wipers, so I assume they are fogging up on the outside of the glass?

High humidity outside and AC running cold?

The AC will run whenever you select the air blowing up in the "defrost" position. Even if you don't switch the AC on.

If it's on the inside, make sure the air is set to "fresh-air" and not "recirculate".

I'm thinking you should specify whether the windshield is fogging up on the inside or the outside of the glass; once you do we can give you some additional suggestions.
