Default Hi all

Hi all,
I am another new Accord owner.
Just purchased an '04 Accord EX 4dr 4cyl.
Wow what a great car. I had a '98 Altima that I loved and was in perfect condition until some bastage tore through an intersection and tore off its' front end. Fortunately no one was hurt and I have good insurance. It was the best running car I had owned (had it for 6 years). But there is no comparison between the two. The Accord is quite a car.
My wife drives an '88 Civic 4 door with an auto tranny and fully loaded...electric windows/AC, etc...It has 98K original miles and runs/looks like new. She loves it.
I have removed the factory stereo replacing it with the system from my Altima.
My system consists of:
JVC KD-AR770 head unit, Honda Dash Kit, Memphis 16-MCA3004 amp running the front speakers and sub while the rear speakers run off the head unit, JL Audio XR650-CSi 6 1/2" mid range drivers in the doors and a pair of Memphis MC15-MT1S 1" silk dome tweeters (replacing the JL tweets which are too harsh for my taste) on the door panels above and to the right of the mids, Memphis PR-12 12" sub in a 2cf ported box in the trunk. The system sounds amazing in this car...possibly because I spent a lot of time with the installer tuning/tweaking it.
Next comes a remote start.

Here is a pic of it.
