Default honda noob

hey everyone, my name as you can probably tell is joseph and im from south texas (956). i just recently got myself out of a bad relationship with an 04 monte carlo ls hehe

i traded it in and lost a bit on it, but i really just wanted to get rid of it... and i got myself a VERY NICE 2006 Honda Accord LX coupe. i plan on modding it out as soon as i get myself a little money, but i was curious what kind of mods are common in the Accord models? as far as i can tell, the intake on it is perfectly fine (chrome tip), 16" rims (no hub caps here :P), and a 6 speaker audio system that can rival most upgraded systems... i mean, what more could i want?

anyway, im happy to be a part of this forum now and i look forward to meeting some other enthusiastic Honda owners

joseph

i completely agree with this... while i think the sound system is fine like it is, i think it could still use a little help (especially after just having ridden in my friends new Lexus LS). i've put a front and rear set of mb quartz speakers on lay-away and should be replacing them by december. im also looking at doing a few more mods, but i'll change to another thread for this thanks for the welcome guys!

oh, and thanks for the added horsepower!

I used to have an accord pretty nice cars overall (except for 6th gen transmisssions) and I got a CL type S. Choosing better speakers will do wonders for your sound system though...
