by far, and even tho i have only had it for a week, its the accord.

the jetta was a compact/economy car trying to be [/swingers]all growns up[swingers]

I had the "gli" model, which was the vr6 with the 6 speed manual, and while it moved nice, it had alot of issues. It was back to the dealer 3 times for: coilpacks, window regulators, temperature sensors. The sunroof leaked, which was going to be a major problem in the future. The headliner was starting to grow mold or something, as you could see some brown water spots.

The reliabilty of the accord (which i am assuming will be great, as my old integra never had a single problem) was a huge selling point for me, (aside fomr the fact that the sticker was 28990 and I got it for 24k).

The seats and the interior in the accord trump the jetta in all aspects. I did not want the Navi system, but they basically gave it to me for free, so i wont complain. The voice commands for the audio/climate/guidance are very cool (even tho you can acomplish what you want to do faster by just pushing the buttons )

THe 240 horse 3.0 is alot nicer thatn the 2.8 vr6, and the throws on the 6 speed are at least 30% shorter. the trans on the jetta was a slushbox.

All in all, i am very happy.
