Welcome to the HAF... 
Look at your tires and you can read the date they were made, the sizes and the brand..
As far as those wheels..take a close up of them..there are about 105 mfgs who make white wheels like that and simular like the one I put @ the bottom...The lip kit looks familiar. But I will have to look at a couple of my sites before I can identfy...if I can..
