After the wife totaled our 04 Intrepid I've been looking at some 07 accords. 07 LE with 6k miles and an 07 SE with 21k. Any ideas on what you should actually be able to buy one for. I like the size of the 07 better than the 08/09 but can't see paying anywhere near what the lots are asking when it appears that you can buy a new 09 for around 19k +TTL.
Any other info/advice greatly appreciated

I am assuming you are looking at a 4 cyl 4 door sedan. Kelley Blue Book is usually pretty accurate. Around $15k is what I'm seeing. NADA is a bit higher. How much are they asking?

 

They were both 4 cyl. sedan. Asking $16000 for LE with 6k mi and $16875 for the SE with 21 k mi. Figured if the would put either on the road for $15000 I'd probably buy. Can't see taking the risk on used if you can't save around $5000. Both were purchased at auction so really don't know anything about them.

Interesting side note, had been running carfax on some used vehicles and ran the VIN on my 2007 Tundra. No mention of the deer collision when the vehicle was less tha 1 mo. old. Insurance claim through Kentucky Farm Bureau. Kind of dissapointed in carfax.
