For enough money anything is possible, how many thousands do you have to spend?

It would be more buying the parts over time till i have everything i would need, putting it all together then doing the fabrication, im just trying to get the goal in mind, what motor i want for the affordability and reliability

Sorry to say, this is a complete pipe dream. Such a build is probably going to cost you well north of five grand, even if you can get all of the parts relatively inexpensively. Even then, reliability will be very spotty.
