Default Motor swap

I have a 3.5 liter of my 2000 odyssey and I would like to drop this motor in to my 2000 accord. Will this motor fit or do I have to do a lot modifications just to put this in. Any suggestions on what you guys think.

Does your Accord have the J30 V6 or an I4 engine?

Then don't even attempt the conversion. Why? Forgetting for the moment all of the secondary differences between the V6 and I4 models of the Gen 6 Accord, a quick look at the engine bay will tell you the primary story; the I4 models (yours) has the engine on the left side of the engine bay, the V6 models have the engine on the right side. The engine compartments are almost literally 100% different.
