New to forum; Not new to Honda
Hey from southern PA...
I started out with a new black 1986 Honda CRX Si 5-speed. Man, I loved that car! Super fast little two seater that got great gas mileage too. I can remember getting 40+ mpg with the thing on trips, but when I needed the power it delivered. They just don't make'em like that anymore! At 140k a guy pulled out in front of me and totaled it. Had to move on...
At the time, I loved the look of the Preludes and I ended up buying a new black 1995 Prelude 4 cylinder 5-speed. I went from no back seat to a super-cramped back seat, but at least I had one! Didn't get quite the gas mileage as the CRX (27-32 mpg), but loved the horsepower of the Prelude. At one point, the CD drive died and I installed a new Sony head-unit and 10 disc MP3 CD player in the trunk. I also added a 8" Bazooka subwoofer with a 120 watt amp. The bass was awesome. After 15 years and 200+ miles I sadly decided to move on...
I recently bought a new black 2010 Accord Coupe V6 6-speed /w NAVI (yes, I like black cars). Wow, I love the horsepower, not so happy about the gas mileage (20-25mpg), but I guess that's to be expected. However, the sound system (with a suppose-ed sub-woofer) leaves a bit to be desired, so I look forward to reading through the forum and deciding what I need to do about this.
