Default New to the forum

New to the forum but not the online forum world. Been a member at fullsizebronco for awhile. Have a 95 Accord LX 4 dr that I bought new in Sep 95 while stationed oversees. It has about 160K and is all stock. The only problems I've had are the normal inside **** breaks (replace with new factory ones), regular maintenance, and know this silly wiper switch issue (see DIY). It needs a paint job but I can't complain after 14 years, 9 of which were in FL. It just has teh clearcote "cancer". When I bought it it had a coating called waxoyl (above and below) and I nerver could find out what wax was safe for it, consequently its never been waxed. It still beads water when its clean though. This waxoyl product sure seems to be some good stuff, just wish I could find out what wax is safe for it, couldn't even get an answer from the home company on it.

Welcome! I've already seen that other thread.
I bet that once the clearcoat cancer shows up, there's no point in worrying about which wax is compatible. It's way too late. Check out the detailing board, they may have some ideas.
