NEw to forum, new to hondas.
Hello there! I am new to the forum and new to hondas. As my login name says, I got a 1989 lxi accord for one $1 dollar. It has 202000 miles on it, but I am amazed that almost all of the electrical works (the sunroof, 3 of the 4 windows, power locks, the antenna of the radio). It was dirty as can be inside, but it starts at the first time. Looking forward to learning more about these cars.

Runs like a champ. Original engine, trans, and clutch. Still gets 24 mpg in town with some pretty aggressive driving on my part lol. Im happy with it.
I thought my mileage was pretty high, but there are a few people on this forum with 200k+ lol.

You are right, a 1 dollar car is as good as it can get. I wished I had found it in Oct. when I really needed it! But hey I could not refuse a 1 buck running car. It was funny because I washed it at this place that you get to vacuum your car for free, so the washing took about 5 min and vacuuming took about 45 min.
