Bought my first car the other day. It is a 1987 Honda Accord dx. It has a carb and is a manual. I got it for 500 dollars due to a shot carb. I am in the process of replacing the carb and then I hope to be good to go. I have already replaced both fuel filters and it came with a brand new exhaust system and new tires. I found a carb for 200 bucks online so it will basically come out to 700 dollars for the car. Good deal?

 

I owned a 1984 honda accord hatch for my first car, also carb and manual. It was a great car and simple maintenance, I hope you have found your self a great deal on your 87. I myself love those old accords and hope to own another 84 someday
