New Member with 2002 Accord Sedan
Hello! New member here!
I've inherited a 2002 Honda Accord SE sedan from my wife, as we upgraded her to a 2006 Pilot since she's always hauling the family along. Car has a few dings and scratches, and the interior still has a slightly smokey smell from the previous owner. It has 64,000 miles. I'll be keeping it for at least another 3 years. Probably get the dings and such fixed as money permits.
It's the 4 cyl. engine, with an automatic tranny and it's great on mileage, but not a ton of fun to drive. I prefer something with a little more zip. I'll be looking for cheap, easy mods to pick up a few HP, and some low end pick up.
Well, it's good to be hear, and I'm looking forward to learning from the Accord experts here.
Thanks,
Bob

Hey there, welcome to the forums!
getting low-end out of the 4 cyl is difficult. I mean you could change the cam or bore and stroke it or even supercharge it, but that all costs some big $$$.
If you're willing to gain some mid and top end, you can do a full exhaust system and an intake system (either short ram or cold air). It will definetly make the car more fun to drive. Plus you probably keep costs well under $1000.
