I just picked up a 2001 Honda Accord EX, 2.3L, manual. It has 276,XXX miles, it's been driven hard, leaks abound, and I'm going to fix it up to an acceptable condition--LED T3 dash lights, clean up the body rust, tighten up the suspension, new valve cover and oil pan gaskets, and a handful of other things. It's a commuter car, so nothing fancy. Just keeping it road worthy for as long as I can. :-)

Welcome. Sounds a lot like my 99 Accord LX with 5 speed. Lots of good help on the forums if you need it. My first suggestion would be to get a FSM (Factory Service Manual( for it, as it'll pay for itself doing a few things. Just make sure you get it for the 4 cylinder model, as the V6 is a separate supplement almost as thick as the 4 cylinder version (1300+ pages).
