i havent picked it up yet, but got an semi-encouraging call from the svc manager. the rattle in the front was identified as a loose attachment to the alarm mechanism installed by the dealer and was re-attached. the rattle in the back was identified as suspected, loose harnesses not tightened enough when the dealer also tinted the rear & rear quarter panels. the svc manager advised they re-attached everything along with shooting the compartment with additional insulation foam.

while im not happy these squeaks & rattles were from the dealers own handiwork, i am happy they owned up to it and said the results were from them and not the factory... i'd hate to see craftsmanship issues straight from Honda, even though it is an all new model. either way, i cant wait to have the car back... withdrawls
