Last night I bought a white 4 door 2014 Accord LX. I decided to go w/ this car after owning a 2003 Honda Civic for about 5 years. The good MPG and reliability of Honda made me want to get another Honda.

White 2014 Accord LX with 4700 miles, used car certified + a short program from the dealership that covers some things outside of the certification warranty.

About $21000 out of the door price: $17149 + ~$1300 tax + $500 for certification + $900 for the dealership's program (described above, they really screwed me out of this $900 lol...I didn't want it but they said it was required...) + ~$300 for doc fees/plates.

I'm financing about half the car with a 3.9% APR loan.

 

Hondas always sell for more than they should. Because they are worth it. A Kia or Chrysler that was an ex rental car would have cost a lot less. The Honda is a nicer car and you will spend less on repairs and get a lot more when you trade it in. Over the life of your car you will have spend less and still have the nicer car.
