hey wats up im new to the site. I am getting a 1992 honda accord dx. the body is a rust bucket and i was wondering what u think i should do first. give me some good ideas. im only 17 so they can't be to expensive maybe around 400-500 at the most

Welcome to the forum 2fast.... if you're looking to start cheap I'd go with a decent suspension first, you can get shocks/springs for about that price... You may not increase your straight line speed but you'll smoke people on corners... it's a great feeling

Here's what I think you should really do to your new ride...start by checking out everything on your car thats loose that can fall off and maybe get you killed, after that start by changeing all Yess All of the filters on your car so that it will keep running and then give it a bath to see whats under the rust...
