Yesterday I purchased a 2011 Honda Accord EX w/78K miles in dark navy metallic. Beautiful color. Grey cloth interior. One owner, SC car, perfect Car Fax. All service records too. Extreme maintained.

Today I polished the headlights and car paint. Not a swirl Mark to be found.

Sound system is not bad actually but those yellowish halogen headlights have got to go. I don't see well at night so looking at PIAA Nightvision replacement bulbs. Love to have LED but not sure what brand to trust. Also looking for a trunk mat without breaking the bank.

Any thoughts on using Amsoil syn oil and filter? I want to protect this engine. The previous owner was meticulous about taking this car to the Honda dealership for everything. So I feel it's a solid vehicle.

A little on the expensive side; but, for LED replacement headlight bulbs, I like the PIAA LED. I have them.

I use the Honda OEM trunk mat, purchased via online Honda dealer.

For motor oil, use any quality oil. More important is to make sure to frequently check the oil level, as many 8th generation Accords have oil consumption issues due to the oil control rings.
