Default NEWBIE WITH A HONDA, 92 ACCORD THAT IS!

hola chicos!! and chicas!!! well im a newb here in the forum. i just got my first import a few days ago. it's a 92 accord. my wife has alwasys liked the body style on it so when i saw it hidden in the back of this guys house, i said hmmm.....750 bucks later it was ours!!
PULLED it home and gave it a wash down. yep pulled it home. it doesn't have an engine. tranny is in and body is in superb condition. it even came with one of them 1980 cd changers!! you know the ones that you get at WAL-MART!! ha ha well i just need to find my way around here and with the honda thing. never had one b4 but for my wife ill convert. alot of questions to come so see you guys around

I see you have no engine yet. I would check into either an old Honda with a known good engine. Wrecks have to be watched closely; the engine must be intact of course. Someone could have superficial body damage on an Accord that the insurance company totaled out. Also don't get an engine that has been sitting up for very long unless you are savvy with overhauling it. Those suckers can leak oil and you'll have more time in a bad engine than if you bought a rebuilt motor.

Been there; done that; just didn't have batteries in my camera at the time hehehe
