Hi all: I'm picking up a "new to me" 2004 Accord EX Sedan tonight and I'm stoked! Four cylinder, 5 speed manual, leather seats, sunroof...nice. Can't wait!
I'm not new to Accords, having owned a 1985 two door hatch and a 1992 four door sedan (both with 4cyl - 5speed man combos). Always been a truck guy, but loved my Hondas. My divorce is soon to be final, so I'm going to park the 2004 Chevy 2500HD Crew Cab 4x4 with the 8.1L Big Block and drive the Accord the 60 mile round trip to and from kiddos school & work every day. The truck gets...wait for it...a whopping 10.5 miles per gallon! Yep, I had to throw in that ".5" cause it adds up when your MPG sucks that bad. Hoping to get 26+ MPG from my Honda.
Looking forward to gathering information on my Accord and hopefully sharing a nugget or two myself.
