I bought a '92 Honda Accord Wagon Ex last summer. I wanted to forego car payments and get something I could possibly do minor repairs on myself. I LOVE my wagon! It has a few quirks, which I am working out, but it's a great "grocery getter". Once I work out the quirks I plan on driving it longer distances. So far, the longest out of town trip was last summer to Chicago (only 300 miles roundtrip). I'm not a car junkie, I'm just here to read tips and get solutions for common problems. If I ask for help, please be patient......not only am I a novice, I'm a girl

welcome here.

The 92 wagon was a sweet car.

Once you have it running properly and the maintenance items done you should have no problems driving anywhere you want.

I drive my 97 from TN to South Florida twice per year (to pick up my son) which is a 1,700 mile round trip. Never had a problem.

Hey there -- just wanted to express solidarity with a fellow Accord wagon owner. I feel the same way about mine!

Pajamarama.....cool, I'm finding many people are attached to their cars. This is the first car I've put blood, sweat and tears into and have become quite attached in the process. Also, ya just don't see many 20 year old Honda wagons on the road, at least not where I live. Good Lord! Is that a good or bad thing??
