Unhappy oil in spark wells

My daughter went into a tizz this morning cause her car wouldn't start. When I looked at it I checked the spark plugs first and much to my dismay I found oil in three of the wells. Looks like I'll be doing a valve cover and ring job. The video helped a lot.

If you're getting oil in the wells then I would double check and see if the LOWER o rings are leaking. If they're leaking then there will be a lot more work involved.
