Hi everyone,

Im new to this forum. Im picking up my 2013 Honda Accord EX-L with nav tomorrow(4/23/2013).
This is my 1st Accord. I had a Civic for 10 years but a 17 year old made an illegal U-turn and hit me head on. My car was totaled.
Is there any advice you guys can give me? Any precausions etc?

Im really frustated. They said they would have my car ready today but now they are saying "we are still trying to locate the color you wanted"
If for some reason they cant rind the color, am I allowed to get my deposit back??

That I can't answer, but I would guess so. No Car , No sale is what I think a lawyer would say..
