Just checking in. I just bought an 05 accord Hybrid, and I love it. I traded in my Porsche Cayenne S for it, and so far, the loss of performance has not been too bad. The difference in fuel economy is fantastic though. I drive pretty hard, and I was only getting about 9 mpg in the porsche, and now I am getting about 23 mpg.

However, I would like to make some modifications to the vehicle and cant seem to find any info or parts. Hopefully I will learn a lot here.

I'd say stick around and you can be the new Hybrid Garu in a short time...now we can see who has one now that we have 1...

We also have an 05 HAH and thoroughly enjoy it. Our 7th Honda and 4th Accord - and by far the best.

2007 Accord Hybrid. Love it! Comfortable, peppy, lots of ameneties. Radio isn't bad not as good as my Dodge Intrepid Infinity system. Do 130 miles mostly highway daily and averaging 28+ mpg.

 

Father-in-law bought the Civic hybridlast week and we went in a family trip up north. Rround tripand back on one tank ~425 miles. Not bad.

 

OutStanding ...guess there are really going to be many more of these cars on the road, I see alot of Toyotas and Hondas here in my area:
