1987 Accord lxi.298K. First the tail lights and the dashlights went off then fixed themselves. Then the headlights wouldn't light, then they did. Now the power to the fuel pump is on and off. When the key is in the on position sometimes the signal does not go to the fuel pump. When it does and the car is running, it doesn't short out, it keeps running. Replaced the battery today, no change. Ideas? Willa.
