What's nice about VW's is you CAN chip them with just a chip like they sell on eBay... but not really.

My grandpa used to own an 01 Passat... they went over to Germany for vacation... stopped at VW and picked up the EDM chip for it. He told me he got it up to 135 in Montana before he got scared of the thing.

Since then the car went downhill, tons of servicing, maintenance costs, the whole 9 yards. Hit a frozen deer by his house, tore off the oil pan. replaced the oil pan, traded it in, and got his 7th gen Accord. Hehehe.

I want a GT90. What is an FSI? No chips on Honda's.
Haha well if we go into that realm I'd go 911 Turbo or Enzo.

"Fuel Stratified Injection, which describes the stratified petrol direct injection attained by this engine designed by Volkswagen"

It's actually a great engine especially when turbocharged like in the GTI, great sound when you're hard on it, fuel efficient, the rest of the car just didn't live up to my standards, nor did their service department. 207 hp 200 tq......when chipped by a company called AWE it gives it a boost of up to 270hp at certain rpms...sets you back at $550 installed.

Yeah I know there aren't chips, that's weak but I'm over it.
