I have a 91 Accord F22A engine. I'm pressed for time to get my car running and have this one part stalling me
. I traced a water leak to the part shown in the following pictures. I cannot as of yet find a replacement part and have been having somedifficulties identifying the part by number or by correct name. Can anyone tell me what part this is or supply a part number. This part apparently is related to the heater hose and goes underneath the carburator throtllebody although I have it out and sitting on top of the cylinder head.

I don't know the name of it either, but it connects the water pump to the thermostat. Maybe that'll help.
Thank you so much. This part has been nothing but difficult to find. Not one of the major autoparts store could identify or even after I gave them the part number, locate one. Honda dot com has two numerical listings, the one you gave and 19505-PT3-A00
