Default wheel gap

I have an 07 Accord on a Megan Racing lowering spring & TruHart shock combo (2” drop) , I have the factory 16” wheels on and I’m trying to get rid of this wheel gap. Will bigger wheels help ?

No, but bigger tires will. The wheel size has nothing to do with the gap between the tire and the fender. FWIW, I'm having a very difficult time believing the car in that picture has already been dropped 2", my eye tells me no drop in front and maybe an inch in back. Of course, it could just be the perspective of the picture.

I just did the suspension about 2 weeks ago so they haven’t reached the “break in” point just yet

I was kind of thinking the same thing, as my son's 08 Civic Si has almost that same size gap (I think his is even closer), and it's stock-unmodified. These days manufacturers seem to be making that gap go away with stiffer springs and such.
