Default Wiper motor

My son has a 2005 accord. He changed the wiper motor and got the wipers to work but not right. So he decided to change the wiper arms. While doing that he dropped the arm and hit the battery shorting out the wiper motor. So he got another new motor but it doesn’t work and can’t figure out what he did. Any ideas on why the wipers won’t work? Thanks

Check # 11 fuse on the driver side fuse box. Should be a 30 amp fuse (green). Bottom row at the end

So #s 7,11, 20 and 21 are good? You're going to have to test the plug to see if it's getting power. Do you have a volt meter

It was the number 11 fuse. I went and checked myself. Thanks for all your help.
