Accord can be fast?
The bar doesn't even look like it's on the ground. Adjusting the weight distribution is going to do more on a FWD than a wheelie bar will ever do. I still don't see how it would help, the rise on a FWD isn't going to flex the bar enough to make a difference.
i was at a nopi event a while back and just about all the fwd cars had wheelie bars and the announcer said that alotta people always ask why and he was sayin the same thing, that it helps em down the track...keeps the car stable kinda like a extra set of wheels back there. even tho its front wheel drive it still helps
i can see that cuz this guy here in my town had a k20 swap in a 94 civic coupe and he hadnt upgraded his suspension or anything and when he lauched his car squated so bad, it was like his back bumper hit the pavement lol....so i can see it helping

things i would like to note, first he went from saying fwd to 4wd, second the wheels sit about 2 inches inside the wheelwells, third yes 1300 is possible but the engine rebuild would be insane and the amount of work behind it would make it nothing like the engine it originally was, fouth the second run he wasnt even shifting.... you could hear it hitting the revlimited....... poor thing....

wheelie bar on FWD's are to keep the back end from slamming down from the weight transfer under acceleration, it should come into contact with the track as soon as possible under load and be as long as sanctions allow to transfer the pivot point from the rear wheels to the wheelie bar and keep most of the cars weight planted on the front tyres
I don't buy it!!! If the engine puts out that much power, it should have poly mounts, a torsion damper or 2 and in extreme cases, straps. With these and a launch type suspension, I don't see the bar adding anything but weight.
