the most commonly used one is a T3/T4 turbo at 6-8 psi

I'm not the most up to date person on turbo stuff but I've always been under the assumption that T3/T4 was a brand or a type

Find a used DSM turbomanifold, a 16g, 20g, T25, etc from a mitsubishi. Enlarge the holes on the manifold so that it'll fit your exhaust studs. Get someone to fab you a downpipe and chargpiping and find a decent intercooler. Since your automatic, a tranny cooler would be a good idea as well.

^ Cheapest way

BTW - T3/T4 is a type of Garrett Turbocharger, one of the most common. Garrett, Turbonetics, Borg Warner, Holset, Precision are all makers of turbo's.
