Default custom turbo kit

hey im in the process of building my own turbo kit... (buying all the parts seperately)..
i was thinking about a t3/t4 turbonetics turbo.. (yea i saw the kit.. jst way to expensive for me..)
im running a 2000 coupe auto I4
can anyone help me come up with a parts list and suggestions on a "safe" amount of boost (8psi according to turbonetics)
i could run on stock engine and tranny.. tranny hasnt had problems so far.. but i know this model has been known to have tranny problems..
i eventually want to do some engine upgrades (internals) and maybe a new tranny to hold more power (6spd swap.. a lot of work.. i know..)

i hope to reach 250hp(stock engine/tranny).. and maybe 300-350 after upgrades on them..

any help would be great. thanks

i just put my setup on last week with advice gained from this site and so far everythings straight. i peiced everything together on ebay. paid under 700 for everything. no fuel management yet, but i only run 3.6psi. got the custom wastegate spring on ebay (.25bar). told by super members that its "safe" despite check engine light. car runs ok, pulls pretty strong and blows off hard. i should have the dough forinjectors, chrome and dyno tuning by middle of may so ill let u know what it makes. doubt it will make 250, tho

On the 2000 8psi should be safe, I would suggest getting a tranny cooler though since it's an automatic... basic estimates on a 94 accord (140 HP) running 8 psi would bump that motor up to around 225 HP so depending on what you're starting with I don't think 250 is out of the question...

downpipe from ebay http://stores.ebay.com/kami-speedo, for civic, modified slightly to fit under oil pan
$130 shipped

ht18s-2s (2nd gen. RX7 turbo) w/ t3 adaptor plate and oil lineswith tubular manifold from some dude i know locally that had a booosted accord (turbo/mani combos can be found on ebay for $350 or less)
http://myworld.ebay.com/ebaymotors/darknight-imports/
$250 (picked up mine)

tubo xsrfl blow off valve usedfrom my buddys wrx....................easily found for cheap, though: http://stores.ebay.com/JNE-POWER
$50/ approx $120 new

gaskets and **** http://stores.ebay.com/Wyntonm
maybe $50

used wastegate--mine was 75 or so. looks like this is a decent deal: http://myworld.ebay.com/ebaymotors/beers8175/

once again seeing as it was ignored, your probably throwing the CEL cause you dont have the map bypass, and you will have to get a new map if youre going to do any chipping cause the stock one isnt ment for a turboed car
