yeh engagement points. sorry i should clairify better....on my motor it only kicks in at 3500rpms or 4200....some claim the first kick is for show or something never mind.....yeah i have a controller...its called a NEO

^^^ Where does your turbo start to hit boost? I had my NA engage at 3200, I'd expect FI to be able to hit earlier. Also, the Apexi NEO as well as my V-AFC2 (the predecessor to the NEO) have an override trigger that uses the OEM MAP sensor. You should have it set up to go to high VTEC around -0.3 psi so that it is engaged whenever you hit boost, regardless of the rpm. The MAP engagement is a good safety in case you are Auto X style driving and get on and off the gas quickly.

i have a 95 accord ex. its automatic with about 140k miles. im wanting to turbo it im supposed to get a complete turbo kit for christmas. if anyone has any opinions or info please let me kno.

I wouldnt waste any money on that kit. Its junk.

I think some more research would do you good. A properly turboed car is going to cost $2500-$4000.

Impressive list i guess,but What about getting your car more fuel,bigger injectors,cams,rods,sleeves..more internal work.

Those parts are cheap china crap... when the bearings in the turbo seize and the fins break off an get sucked into the cylinders you'll be investing a lot more money into the car.

We can help you piece together a turbo system, you just have to be willing to throw down more than $1000. Even after you throw down the $2500-$4000 you can only boost to 8PSI on stock internals, so getting forged rods and pistons is going to add even more money. The engine in your car already has iron sleeves so you're good there.

If you want a nice christmas present... falkore24 is selling a direct port 75 shot NOS system for like $900. He's a good guy and reputable seller.
