around 8lbs. is what you want to run on sock internals. IF you want to lower your c/r you need to get pistons with lower c/r ratio.

thicker head gasket with lower your c/r a bit. I see the b series guys taking a 3 layer OEM head gasket and drill out the rivets and make it to a single layer head gasket to help with the c/r. My boy just did it on his b17gsr.
