Well, they are totally different systems. I mean, you know what the Cryo2 system is and what it does, right? A 50 shot of nitrous is going to give you a burst of ~50 hp. The Cryo2 system probably wont give you that much, but its *probably* not going to blow your engine like you might with nitrous, if you overuse it.
If youre going to turbo, the CryO2 system, from a reliability stand point its the best thing you can possibly get, and it will give you a stable horsepower increase because its a system that reduces the temp of the fuel line and the charge piping in turn making it so you can run higher boost.

This is the first I have heard of a "real" cold air intake. Lower intake temps will indeed provide power but nothing like passing the gas. Which is safer? I'd say the cold intake. Pros & Cons of both? Sorry, I've never used either one but the cold air/fuel mix is indeed a new trend and truly interesting.
