What problems did you guys that put in a turbo or supercharger encounter as far as mechanics and what other mods did you have to make to compensate for the extra power? (exhaust, headers, trans?)

Open the back door, throw it in. Supercharger in an accord .... simple.
Header in front doesn't leave much space for a roots blower.
