turbo kits
I never bought anything that I got ripped off...i bought a bit, but I wouldnt trust something like that...small parts yes, if your building it up yourself, you can find individual parts for good price. Turbo alone, piping w/ intercooler, BOV, emanage, manifold, gaskets. I heard so many bad things bout ebay though...but i never got ripped off....yet. I dont plan on it...ebait is just uhhh. I see a lot of really nasty turbo setups...uhhh...i cant believe they still are together....with individual parts you really need VIN #s to check it up with the company...it helps. With kits...pffff....If i keep my accord ill just spend 3k right out for turbonetics kit :P, get it tuned...with my mods hopefully easily push 235whp.

Something like that I would actually buy...I believe....you should look into on for the f22, cuz its of course the f23 seeing how its mine...everything looks great...the manifold looks alright. for 610 its well priced for what you get
Plus with only 50whp gain...you should just get turbocharger, manifold, BOV, wastegate, piping from turbo to intake, K&n filter, fuel lines, and fitments for lines and all. for a small 50whp gain you dont need an intercooler or anything like that.
Its less work, more sleeper(if you like, visually), same gains, and cheaper. You can always add the intercooler/piping.
Of course you should go dyno it RIGHT away, make sure your only pushin 8psi or less through the wastegate.

Even if you just want small gains, I'd still recommend an intercooler. A cooler air charge is always better. Just put a low psi spring on the wastegate and if you ever want more power, you have that option open to you via tacking on a boost dial and bleeding some of the pressure or just using a larger psi spring. If you want it to be more sleeper there are ways to mount the intercooler so that it is not/less visible but, it's a bit more tricky.
As far as ebay is concerned, buying parts there is fine. Just make sure you check feedback and if the price seems too good to be true, it most likely is. For instance, a turbo kit for 480 would set a red flag for me. I find that most of the parts on ebay that I want are around the same price on another site, so I don't really use ebay much.

exactly. ebay is a safe (and great) place to buy things, if you do your homework and read the seller's ad carefully, etc.. You can get great deals there and you can also get ripped off big time. If you wanted to piece a kit together on ebay, I would buy high quality parts individually (unless you could find a few high quality parts together in one sale - I have seen that too) and go from there. My setup is mostly stuff from ebay and it runs fine. looks good too, it's not a "junkyard" set up by any means.
I'd second the intercooler. Between the added heat under the hood and the compression of the air, an intercooler is a good investment in safety with the bonus of being able to make more power.

i just kinda find it odd that you were sitting here attacking someone for going to ebay on two different threads then you turn around as link an ebay buy.......... that doesnt make much sense to me.
