im just curious, but are the flanges pretty much universal, or ?... also, could i have my vehicle running on low-medium boost with just the manifold, turbo, completely ran exhaust, fmu, intercooler, boost control, and misc gaskets?

as far as turbo flanges go, yes, they're pretty much universal. Make sure the turbo manifold you choose fits your engines head.
you'll need a wastegate and blow off valve along with all the intercooler/charge piping.
There's a list of all the parts you need a few posts back.
The real thing you need to make sure is that if you go with a T3 flange for you manifold, you'll need the same flange on the turbo. Otherwise things won't bolt up!
