Whats Better To Go With
Well, it depends on what you want and how much you are willing to spend. Keep in mind also that if you get either a turbo or nitrous you'll have to spend extra to make it safe. What is your $$ cap and what is your goal for the car? I can lead you in the right direction, but you may want some more input on the specifics from some of the more knowledgable on the forums.

The car already had a single fogger wet system on it spraying a 75 shot which resulted in a 13.6 E/T. So I know the nitrous is safe especially with my AEM fuel rail. I'm just wanting to go turbo without doing any internal modifications so I'm wondering if I should stick with the spray and be happy with the 13 second run or if its safe to go turbo and see what I can do.
Do you have all stock internals and are you still running stock spark plugs and spark plug wires? I'm thinking if you try to run turbo and a nitrous you'll want to change those out if you haven't. It's good you have wet though if your thinking of a turbo. As far as internals go, I've been told it's a good idea to work on them if you get any kind of forced induction but, depending on how much boost you want it may or may not be necissary. Sorry I'm not more help.
H22 responds weel to boost as far as performance, but block doesn't. You'll want to upgrade that ish if your planning on boosting in the double-digits. Nitrous is cheaper, but I like turbo #'s better. 13-seconds is something most people can be happy with.
hey youve got a good start there. you should definately go with turbo on your setup. this is how boost works. there is an atmosphere or m bar already in the air right now 14.9 psi. thats the zero starting point. so if you add 7 psi or 1/2 mbar of boost to your engine, thats like an atmosphere and a half, so you can multiply your current horsepower times 1.5 thats what you would have with 7psi which is perfectly safe to run on your motor with stock internals, you could also shoot that 75 shot on top of that, youdd be in the 12s. dont shoot that nos out of the whole though, only hit it when your past sixty and your completely in third. and this applies only if you have no detonation at all. like was said earlier, youll want to upgrade to ngk r plugs and a blaster coil with the special distributor cap. you would be at a good 360 at the crank. and hondas usually loose 14 percent power to the wheels so 360*.86. damn 309 to the wheels, that would be a mean bitch. the track might tell you to come back with a roll cage.. come to think of it though i dont know if it would be in the 12's

Thanks for all the advice guys. This is my first honda. I've always played around with Dodge Neons and I wanted something different. We did our homework on my friends Neon and got his running street legal 550 wheel horsepower and a 9 second 1/4 mile pass. So I want to do my homework on this one so we can have a bad *** honda. I would definetly be happy with 309 wheel horses.
