Hey guys saw this turbo kit on ebay, I want to know whats missing from it. The only think i see is manifold. Also i read lightsnow post and it says i should get a missing link. Is thats nessary. I only plan on boosting 6-8psi. I am going to get a tranny cooler. Also i wanted to know which turbo manifold i should get. I dont know if i have even or staright. I have a F23A4 motor ULEV. Anyway and comment or help would be greatly appecaited. THX

also can someone give me a price estaimate on a tranny cooler, i heard there only like 50 bucks. Can someone get me a link. THX

 

you need the missing link unless you plan on getting a 2bar map and chipping your ecu for a turbo, if you dont have it you will havea happy **** on you from your ecu because its not made to read beyond 1 bar. You will want a fuel pump because your stock one isnt quite enough, get a walbro 255lph, If all you ever plan on running is 6 to 8 psi, get a different turbo. But if you choose to get that kit, either way you will need to buy a new spring for the waste gate, it will most likely have a 14/15psi spring in it.


And the reason i say get a different turbo, if something goes wrong, theres a chance you could run over 20psi on that turbo and kill your car, getting a garrett gt25 turbo it runs less boost max and it spools up faster, i think those only have 12psi max

 

Here's a comptech one (tranny cooler) that's pretty nice but it's for a V6....
