nah .... tie him to a chair in a small room with bright white walls and load the room with Metal Halide lights and have a halogen work light pointed at his face. After he can't sleep for a few days, he'll go insane and tell you anything that you need to know and you don't even have to get your hands dirty!

I know kid whos dad does some sort of work that you have to keep a bunch of tools in the back of a pickup truck (cant remember exactly what it was).
So one day some guy ran up to his truck, stole a bunch of tools out of it, and ran off.

Now he keeps a 1.5" Steel pipe that weights bout 10 lbs just in case of another instance like this.

 

get the license plate, call the cops using a touchtone phone, tell them you were involved in roadrage and he pulled out a gun on you... cops will search the mfer and hopefully hes got something on em that will get him thrown in the can....
